Fabián Corral Burbano de Lara
Fabián is one of Ecuador’s most renowned attorneys, recognized for his outstanding legal career. His practice focuses on individual and collective labour law, constitutional law, administrative law, tax law, complex judicial litigation, and domestic arbitration. He has served as a consultant for the World Bank and other international organizations.
He has an extensive and distinguished career as a lawyer, academic, and columnist. He founded the prestigious School of Law at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, where he now serves as Dean Emeritus. He has written several books on topics related to Ecuadorian history, life, and travel in the Ecuadorian countryside, as well as hundreds of articles published in national media. He is also a renowned speaker. Fabián is a full member of the Ecuadorian Academy of Language and a corresponding member of the Royal History Academy.
Elena’s legal practice focuses on commercial, financial, corporate, real estate, and fiduciary law. She advises on the structuring and development of real estate projects through trusts or direct partnerships between associates. She brings extensive experience in these areas and has a natural ability to understand and connect with clients. She has successfully managed complex negotiations involving real estate, inheritance, divorce, and commercial matters, consistently achieving favorable outcomes. She also has vast experience as a mediator.

José Luis Corral Dávalos
José Luis practices primarily in administrative, labour, and constitutional law. He holds a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law from the University of Seville in Spain and leads the firm’s complex administrative and constitutional cases. He is also part of the national arbitration team.
María Elena focuses her practice on administrative law, complex judicial litigation, and both national and international arbitration. She is part of the national arbitration team. She also has extensive experience in labour law, advising national and international companies, institutions, and embassies.
She has a particular interest and strong background in medical law and bioethics. She served on the Human Research Ethics Committee (CEISH-USFQ). She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Law from Nottingham Trent University in England. She is fluent in both, Spanish and English.

Fabián Esteban trained in Public and Private International Law at the prestigious University of Salamanca in Spain. He holds a Master’s degree in Public International Law from the University of Vienna. His legal practice focuses on labour, administrative, and international law. He currently serves as Director of the Preventive Law and Compliance Department.
He speaks Spanish, English, and German.
