Adaptation of Breastfeeding Support Rooms

Through Interministerial Agreement No. 003 between the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Health (April 23, 2019), regulations were issued for the adaptation and use of breastfeeding support rooms by natural or legal persons, de facto partnerships, and any entity acting as an employer with at least one worker in a breastfeeding period.

Employer-Sponsored Retirement

Employer-Sponsored Retirement is the right of a worker to receive a monthly pension from their former employer for the rest of their life, plus an additional year of payment to their heirs, if any.
This right is established when an employee has worked for the same employer, continuously or intermittently, for twenty-five (25) years or more.
