Employer-Sponsored Retirement

Employer-Sponsored Retirement is the right of a worker to receive a monthly pension from their former employer for the rest of their life, plus an additional year of payment to their heirs, if any.
This right is established when an employee has worked for the same employer, continuously or intermittently, for twenty-five (25) years or more.
